This is definitely a small gem in Throggs Neck. It is on the Cross Bronx service road, right off of East Tremont….. next to the Public Library. I ordered a cuban sandwich. The pernil was so flavorful, that I removed it from the sandwich so that I could enjoy it just like that. We ordered Bacalao salad, which was on point. Alcapurrias, quipe and pastellilos were also very good. I was told that they serve Mangu all day. Definitely our new go to spot. They deliver through delivery apps. You won’t…

La Reina is a hidden gem that serves all your favorite Spanish foods. Kathy and her team (especially Milagros) are wonderful and friendly. They also go above and beyond to make sure they’re serving you the best plate you’ll eat. And do not get me started on the oxtails! Try them if you can. Thank you for coming back to Throggs Neck!

This place is a hidden gem. I wish I knew about this place earlier . I ordered the Beef Stew with white rice and beans and let me tell you it tasted like my parents made it. The stew sauce was saucing and it was thick pause . New customer for sure ! I recommend to come in and eat next time I know I will ! Don’t for get the Passion fruit juice !
